Chief Operating Officer

Logan is an accomplished and dedicated leader in the social work and mental health field with over a decade of experience providing clinical oversight, program development, and team leadership.

Throughout her career, Logan has demonstrated expertise in managing operations, compliance, and clinical supervision within diverse settings. Prior to her current role, she managed several youth-focused programs, playing a pivotal role in clinical operations and team development. Logan has consistently excelled in driving quality improvements, fostering collaboration across teams, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and funding requirements.

In addition to her leadership experience, Logan is deeply committed to the professional development of her teams and the integration of trauma-informed care practices into service delivery. She has supervised numerous clinicians, therapists, and interns, and have been instrumental in establishing training initiatives and clinical protocols that promote effective care for individuals facing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

Logan holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Florida State University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida. She is also a Qualified Clinical Supervisor for Social Work Interns, furthering her commitment to shaping the next generation of social work professionals.

With a strong foundation in both clinical expertise and operational management, Logan continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families, driving systemic improvements and fostering a compassionate, team-oriented environment within the agencies she serves.

Outside of work, Logan enjoys unwinding with weekly trivia sessions, testing her knowledge and competing with friends. A passionate home cook, she loves experimenting with new recipes and cooking meals for friends and family. Logan is also a proud dog mom to her Golden Retriever, Bernadette, and is an unwavering fan of Florida Gator football—win or lose.
