Lisa Pitts joined the Youth Crisis Center team in December of 2022 as the Compliance and Marketing Analyst and is now the Director of Human Resources. 

Lisa is a proud University of Florida alumni, and has spent her time since graduation garnering years of valuable experience in both California and Florida through her work with Baptist Health and the AIDS Healthcare Foundation. Her 30+ year career has been dedicated to helping others, and working towards a brighter tomorrow. 

When Lisa isn’t in her office, she’s spending time with her husband, her 3 adult children, and her 2 grandchildren. She loves to travel, and was even once an extra in a Hollywood movie!  

She is excited for her future at Youth Crisis Center, and proud of the work she does every day for the children, youth, and families of Northeast Florida.
