Kristen is an experienced Human Resource professional with a demonstrated history of working in the for-profit sector prior to joining the non-profit arena in 2018. Skilled in recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, conflict resolution, and employee empowerment, Kristen is passionate about cultivating an environment that emphasizes quality, fairness, and productivity.

Kristen received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Florida, and continued onward with earning a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University. While at Nova, Kristen also pursued a post-graduate certification in Global Management and was selected to complete the E-Lead program. Kristen was previously certified with SHRM-CP credentials, and is looking towards completing the SPHR certification in 2019.
