Claressa Williams
CINS/FINS Case Staffing Coordinator
Claressa Williams joined the Youth Crisis Center team in February, 2017 as a Youth Care Specialist and is currently the Case Staffing Coordinator.
She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The College of New Rochelle. Claressa has always had an innate love and desire to help others, and wanted everyone she encountered to succeed. Claressa has worked in the Mental Health field for over 11 years. Claressa enjoys serving families and their communities. Claressa also provided protective oversight while teaching how to develop independent living skills and promoting choices to adults 25 years old and up. Claressa provided outreach services to families and helped them to maximize their full potential.
At Youth Crisis Center, Claressa continues her experience in helping to transform the lives of the individuals she serves. She manages the Intensive Case Management (ICM) program and promotes positive personal development for the youth and guardian.
Claressa is a mother of three who strives for greatness!
